Citibank - Customer service

I have been a customer of Citibank for over 15 years, and today I came close to closing one of my accounts due to very poor customer service. First, let me say that Citibank is not my only bank. I have accounts at few different banks for many different reasons, however, I have been with Citibank for such a long time that I decided I should keep it open. I went to the branch in Lake Grove in Long Island, NY to withdraw some money, then to ask a couple of questions to one of the tellers available in regards to one of my accounts. As I'm asking the teller in front of me about my account, if there's a minimum deposit I need to keep in there to not get hit with fees, another teller, decides to butt in and state that I should not take money out of my savings and if I'm going to do that I should have two checkings. She kept going saying that a savings account is not meant to be used as a checking account and if I'm going to move money out of there I should settle for a different account. Let me say that I'm 33 years old and I know very well what a savings account is. Like I stated before I have a few accounts. However, there's a reason why I needed to take money out of that specific savings account and it's not her business to interfere with the conversation I was having with the teller that was helping me. I'm NOT a child and her condescending and loud tone was shocking to say the least. She was so loud that other tellers and customers present turned around to see what was happening. The teller that was helping me was shocked as well and reminded me that I can always come to a location to withdraw money if I need and not get hit with any fees. I was embarrassed and felt ashamed for doing nothing wrong. I have never had such a terrible experience inside a branch before and believe me I will be avoiding that one like the plague since this one specific teller cannot keep her comments to herself.
