I have been overbilled by optimum for approximately 6 months. I have been trying to speak with a competent person thru their customer service, personal visits to their hicksville location, and their retention service. I have been lied to directly, hung up on and placed on hold where no one picks up the line from a different dept. I have been at this for 3 days, 8 hours per day, and cannot get to speak with anyone with any authority. Part of what I looking to discuss is that I pay additional for 300mbps service every month, for over 2 years. This has been verified by optimum personnel, along with a tier 3 tech confirming that I am not receiving the speed I pay for.
I would like to know of any attorney, or class action suit, that is currently going on against optimum. If no class action, i'm looking for an attorney, that will not settle and file actions, thru litigation. This abhorrent service must be stopped. Covid is not an excuse. We should get what we pay for, along with quick accurate customer service.
