Slomin’s

Hi recently received a oil delivery on 4/9/2022. I’ve been out contract since February which I was aware. I received a delivery before in February where I had to pay high price where I understood that I had to pay high price but then I called and asked to be removed from the delivery route. Then while I was away on vacation received another delivery. I called the local officer in Hicksville told me over the phone that there was no note on my account. So I asked since all the phone calls are recorded if they can go back. She stated that there’s nothing we can do and informed me that a cancellation department will contact me. I feel like this conversation did not resolve the issue nor answer my questions
