Incident ocurred on Sunday 13 March at 3:05 PM, store 744.
Mobile order for combo meal; had asked for no mustard on burger, diet beverage. No diet beverages of any kind in Freestyle (though concentrates were sitting on counter ready to be installed). Took multiple trips to counter to give opportunity to set things right. Food was cold, and they never got it right.
Opened issue on company "Contact Us" page immediately afterwards — no response. Refiled a week later — still no reply. Opened a third time, still nothing from them.
Desired outcome: I am clearly entitled to refund at the very least.
