I Went in to get a panini sandwich at 7:35pm. Was told the panini press was shut down for the night. Store closed at 9:00pm. They were able make me a cold sandwich, but not a hot one. Store was not busy, from the looks of it, it doesn't look like it takes an hour and a half to clean the press. Also, shouldn't your store be completely open for business until closing time and cleaning take place after closed? Seemed to me it was shut down way to early in the evening.
