I went to deer park tanger outle on 11/23, and tried to buy a dress which was on clearance and requested to use tanger coupon which one was single item used and in the back stated mk one of the mercant accepting that coupon. When I tried to apply it store manger refused it, and I asked to show me what is reason and where is the written policy about it, but she was not able to give me clear explanations neither showing anything written against it. They were ironic and not experience enough!
