McDonald's

On 6/14 at 4:15pm I had brought my daughter to McDonalds to get a water due to high glucose levels. I had gotten a run around that we could not purchase water in the drive through unless we bought something else. So I went inside to get a water when I was laughed at, very rude and unprofessional. The lady hollered to another co worker and said she really just came in here and got a water? And laughed. I did not want to leave my daughter in the vehicle because of what she was experiencing and I had no money with me at the time. I found this very unprofessional and very rude for their actions. And Ive never heard that you had to make a purchase to get a cup of water. This is first time Ive heard this. I hope no one else has to experience this when it is an emergency and be laughed at, its quite embarrassing. I hope to hear back from you. Thank you.
