Upon delivery of a standard stove 1/7/19, delivery men stated they could not get stove past front gate entering property and they took stove back. Gate has been there for more than 60 years and larger appliances have past through same gate. Call customer service without much help, they said someone would contact me which they never did. I contacted the store I purchased the stove from and was informed the driver stated he couldn't get it past the threshold. Neither the gate or threshold has decreased in size or changed. I rescheduled stove delivery for saturday
