CVS

I would like to file an official complaint against a CVS pharmacy employee whose name is Ameere, pronounced by some who work there as "Omere,"and who was working at the CVS Pharmacy located at 859 Manhattan Ave., Brooklyn, NY 11222 on Monday May 22, 2023.

I received a call on Monday from CVS about picking up a subscription and upon speaking to Ameere, who was working there and answering the phones at 6:00PM, I found him to be rude and disrespectful on the phone and he hung up on me. This was not a mistake, nor was he putting me on hold or transferring the call. He was just a very nasty person who took the liberty to hang up on me for no justifiable reason.

I have also sensed some animosity from him when visiting the CVS pharmacy in person to research and pickup my subscriptions. He is very rude in person and gives a feeling of being inpatient; and he has no proper training in quality customer service and should not be dealing with and servicing customers as a representative of CVS.

I would greatly appreciate your looking into this and taking the appropriate action against this employee.
