Blink Fitness

I signed up for Blink without knowegle of oweing a past due bill. I went to Blink the following day to see about the bill. They are trying to force me to pay the past due amount from year 2017, and 2018. The bill has huge gaps inbetween. I can't confirm the information on the bill. They will not allow me to cancle my membership. They wont put the bill in collections. NYS law states a company has up to three years to collect a past due payment. Since Blink can't collect the perious balance, they send me emails stating this is my finial notice. Its been 6 months since I signed up. The billl keeps going up but they wont put what I owe in collections or remove the previous balance. What are my options. to aviod further harrasment from blink.
