I called for prescription delivery they placed me on hold three (3) times. The hold was for approximately 25 minutes! It then goes into an empty phone line rings and rings an no one picks up. It then cuts me off!
This is ridiculous for a chain as famous as Walgreens! I simply need my meds delivered I am a disabled 65 year old female and I do have a card on file.
Why does this store at 1710 Crosby Ave in the Bronx make people wait for so long each time someone picks up they put you on hold!
Update: The pharmacist picked up finally and he said there was only ONE person working with him. Why are there NOT enough people working the pharmacy? Please correct this problem ASAP thank you.
