Ideal Image

Hello, I signed a contract with ideal image to get a laser treatment removal for a total of 5248.99$. 2000$ was paid as a down payment through a lender they use and the rest of the money I pay monthly through my bank (203.00$ every month). I am aware of signing contract means no cancelation but I feel the business is breaching their part of the contract. Treatment sessions must be performed ever (6-10 weeks) but I'm unable to find any appointments. They are overbooked and laser and I feel my money is being wasted. Note: I already paid the 2000$ loan that they used through their lender and total monthly payments of 814.064. I received total of 3 treatments so far. last treatment was in May 25th and next one in September 20th which is more than 10 weeks. I am willing to pay for services I received but want a refund of the rest. Please help!
