On April 6,2022 at around 11:50am My 70 year old father was told that Volaris doesn't print boarding passes by Rosy at the Reno, NV airport. This is a total lie why did I pay $3.99 more for the service if this isn't available. Rosy was very rude, unprofessional to my father. He is 70 years old. My father explain to her that it is hard for him to used his phone to get his boarding pass that is why we always pay the fee to get it print at the desk. Rosy yelled at my father told him to get out of the line and to get the application on his phone to get his boarding pass and move them to a side later he yelled at him again telling him that he was on the way for other customer to go by my father told her that she had guide him where to go to it that she was the one that told him to be there but he move after Rosy yelled at him. My father had to get in another line for another Volaris representative lady to help him because Rosy was making a big deal out of nothing. She also called security on my dad. My dad wasn't doing nothing to her. As, my dad turn came up Rosy ran to the other lady that was helping him. Rosy was telling her everything that had happened and told this other lady to make a comment on my dad's ticket unsure why. This cause to much confusion to my dad. I hope Rosy's father doesn't experience something similar to what she did to my 70 years old father. Rosy remember that all this people that flight with Volaris is playing your paycheck. Be more nice, professional to people specially to senior.
Desired outcome: She really needs to change her attitude towards customers. Specially to seniors. I hate when people don't care for them. She should be sent to a anger management treatment so she can be more professional.
