Template Monster

I was shown a demo for a particular mobile responsive website. The template i purchased and paid for installation turned out to be broken due to technical issues different from the demo model I was shown as advertised. I have been given the run around for several days now. I simply want a refund of my money in full - this issue is still unresolved. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Liam ignores customer emails and the chat log service is of no help. My template purchase #:KKSb2fLnLu25wlXOKPMO, Template Installation: ITN-[protected] & Case # Ticket ID: DSM-[protected]. As a result our mobile responsive launch has been delayed and I am at the mercy of this unethical company and it's terrible service top down from Liam Tornhill the Senior Service Manager.

Attached is the demo i was shown, the actual product & the difference between the two. Also is my WP dashboard which clearly shows "This Theme is broken, Template missing".
