I am currently an employee, One of the department leads BRANDY (she runs the deli) has made it very well known that she thinks covid is a hoax and doesn't want and has not gotten the vaccine. Anytime our store managers are in she puts on a mask as soon As they leave it comes off. This person has been exposed to covid before by her daughter whom she lives with and never got tested and openly bragged about not being tested. Myself and others have grown tired of this behavior seeing as our states numbers are now rising to another lock down, and one of our favorite bakery staff has now been sent out because they have been tested positive for covid. I would like action taken against this employee immediately. Not only is she endangering other staff but smiths customers as well many whom are elderly. Once this is sent I will be notifying my other coworkers to do the same as I have with this complaint, we are all fed up with her selfish behavior.
Desired outcome: I would like to see more action then a write up from my understanding this person has been in trouble for unbecoming conduct many times.
