I purchased a phone from them on dec 01, 2009. On dec 10, 2009 I thought I had lost my phone so, being a mother of 3 small children I have to have a phone in case of emergenciies, I went back and purchased another phone. When I returned home my phone was found. Then when I got home to my surprise my phone I purchased on dec 01 was found. So I read the contract I had signed and it stated that they would refund my money as long as the phone was in likenew conition, you have all the accessories that came with it and its original packaging, also the phone could not have no more than 1 hr of talk time. The following morning I went back to the same store I purchased it from wiith all that they required and only 6 minutesof talk time was on it, they refused to refund my money and were very rude. I am not done with this because I have contacted many people on this matter because it is totally wrong to have people thinking that contracts mean something when I guess only when it works on the companies behalf. I still have my service through them and I will get my $80.00 back from the second phone because I am not giving up. I am sure by tje ed of this I will switch phone carriers. If you could help in any way please do thank you - contact me at [protected]@yahoo.com

MetroPCS is considered a GO phone and doesn't have any contract at all.
i am sorry to hear about your problem. actually, i am a customer here and they have good service for me. yes, i've had a problem there before but your problem, i dont agree. and i dont belive you read that receipt correct. that return policy is only on NEW accounts. since you kept your same number, there is no return policy which i still disagree but every metro pcs in the metroplex has that policy. BTW you clearly stated you SIGNED that contract. for future reference, please read before signing and ask as many questions as you can. not trying to be a [censor] but just saying you shouldnt complain when you didnt even know what youre signing.
