I got my 2005 Suburban serviced, a wheel alignment. Purchased the lifetime. They "aligned" it, told me to come back because I had a spare on temporarily. No probs. I'm driving the next day and I hear a whining, whistling, grinding noise and realize something ain't right. I call them, get put on hold for over 20 minutes, they never come back to my phone call and they close. So, I get it towed there that night and return the next morning. Well, their alignment machine is down and I have to wait. They finally call me and tell me my vehicle had normal wear and tear that caused this. I'm not saying that's not true, but my vehicle had been running well until the alignment. I feel some kind of way about this. It's very convenient that after the work, I break down. I think I need to request the money back I paid for the lifetime alignment and take my business elsewhere. I'm very frustrated
