Extra Space Storage - Storage facility

They have absolutely no escalation level of dispute resolution and complaints remain at the location level at the location of the dispute in which the complaint originated from allowing an unreasonable, ineffective notification to anyone else by design obviously, evident by the lack of any change or progression by the 2nd largest company on to Public Storage their competitor. Basically, you're on your own and should really consider if your belongings should be trusted by a company who doesn't care if your site property manager is like in our case an over glorified bum given a free location to sleep and pillage and plunder your property at will unscathed at will without any risk to themselves.

Claimed loss: On going ....

Desired outcome: Class action lawsuit and local and federal law enforcement and government intervention and fines along with prosecution and/or select location closures.
