EOS Fitness - Revoked account

I wanted to report an issue to regarding Area Manager Claude. On Wednesday (1/6/21), I was at the Serene location in Henderson, NV. From across the way I saw this man (Claude) make a motion in my direction to pull up my mask. At first, I didn't know he was motioning to me as I had my mask just below my nose but didn't realize it. After I completed my set, Claude came up to me and asked me to pull up my mask. I didn't hear him because I had my headset on (as most do while working out). I wear a paper mask and from time to time, my mask will slip down but I normally always catch it myself and pull it up. However, as I mentioned, I didn't realize it was down. Claude went on and on about how the mask needs to stay on at all times, whether working out or doing cardio. I explained that it wasn't intentional but he kept going on and on about it - even said "well listen to me son". First and foremost, I am an adult and I didn't appreciate him talking to me as if I was a child and I mentioned that to him. He again went over the rules of how the mask policy works. I had my mask on this whole time but he kept talking down to me and said something to the effect of "you damn kids just don't listen". I stopped and said I didn't appreciate his comments or him talking down to me. He said "let's just keep the mask on and we won't have any issues" and then proceeded to try and fist bump me. I was upset at the way this man came at me, so I said "I don't want your damn handshake". He leaned towards me and said "well [censored] you then!" and proceeded to walk away. At that point, I started to get really upset - how is a manager, an area manager at that, allowed to talk to paying customers like that? Does EOS condone this type of behavior? You allow upper management to belittle and curse at us paying customers?
Claude and I got into a heated discussion about this that went on for several minutes. While having this discussion Claude tells me, "I need you to leave immediately as we don't take your kind here". What does that mean? My kind? You don't take Native American/Hispanics in your gym? My kind is now not welcomed? He then tells me if you don't leave, I will call the cops. Now mind you, I have my mask on the entire time we are talking and I was even pulling it back up as it kept falling down while I was speaking - why is he asking me to leave and why am I being threatened with him calling the cops. He kept telling me it's a law which in fact, it is not a law - it is a Governor mandate. There is no actual law or penal code. I don't believe he actually called the police as his phone was completely black the entire time, so this was more of a threat tactic. I continued with my workout as I am a paying customer and as I mentioned I had my mask on the entire time we were having this discussion. In fact, while we were having this discussion, others could see that I was pointing at other patrons in the gym walking around - some without a mask and others with a mask not on properly. You can check your video to see the footage. Why was this man so concerned with me? Again, was it due to the color of my skin - I believe so because another individual (white male) had his mask down. Claude finally turned to him and asked him to kindly put it on - Claude and the GM there asked him to put his mask on 5 times but he never threatened him with removal or calling the police - why is that? After some time had passed, I went on with my workout, Claude and a few of the workers circled around me as if they were squading up against me or something - I felt harassed! Is this the type of behavior you want of your staff - if so, then we have a much larger issue.
Two days later, I get a call that my account has been revoked from all EOS locations. I didn't say anything to the woman who called me as this issue didn't involve her but this is ridiculous! I know this is a he said/she said type of matter but what happened to taking care of your customers? I may not have been right at first but I certainly am aware of the mask policy and I don't feel I violated that, when I was asked to put my mask on, I did. However, it's not ok for an area manager to behave in that manner. To harass someone as he did or to belittle me as if I'm his child. Nor is it ok, for him to threaten the police on me as if I'm some sort of criminal.

Desired outcome: All I ask for is my membership back & that Claude is held accountable for his actions.
