We called ahead of time to let them know we were a family of 9. The kid answering the phone said it wasn't a problem and come in 10 min. Once we arrived there were no table available and after waiting 30 min and watching bigger parties being seated, he tells us it will be even longer. No reason given. Then he is joking with the waitress right in front of us that people are impatient and they can go if they want. So we ask to talk to the manager who wasn't helpful at all and didn't even offer an apology. We use to eat at Chili's very often, we probably won't be anymore. Very disappointed..
