Albertsons

On January 10 2023 I purchased a $200.00 Amazon gift card, along with some beer I believe, the total was $217.64. This purchase was made at the 1001 S. Rainbow store Las Vegas. When I wanted to use the gift card the redemption number was not legible. Amazon customer service was unable to help me and they recommended getting in touch with Albertsons customer service. I have lost the original receipt for this transaction, and Albertsons Customer service refuses to help me any further without it. I used my America First Credit Union credit card for this purchase. Could this transaction not be looked up with your store records? At this point I am out $200 and I am highly upset over it.

Theres a cashier by the name of Donna I believe last name is Johnson that usually works in self check out. She once accused me of not scanning an item. When I told her to double check my groceries she became upset. And ever since then she has been rude to me and my family including my 11 year old. When I need assistance she sees that it's me and she always walks away.shes rude to a lot of customers I always see her arguing with customers. I dont feel it's right that she refuses to help me out when I need assistance. What kind of customer service is this?. Shes giving Albertson a bad reputation. I go into that store atleast 3-6 times a week. Because I live down the street. And sucks that I am now having to drive out of my way to another store just to feel welcomed. Because I no longer do at this store.
