7-Eleven - Overcharge and unethical behaviour

7/7/21 at 8:48 pm I stopped at the 711 store at 1200 N Town Center, Las Vegas, NV to purchase 3 packs of cigarettes. There were 7-8 customers in line, waiting to pay, while the clerk carried on a lengthy conversation in Spanish with a women and 2 young (teenage) girls, laughing and basically ignoring the other customers in line waiting to purchase their items. They proceeded to pay for their items with a debit/credit card several times, and apparently their cards were not accepted. The clerk then stated to the customers in line that the woman/girls forgot their wallet and one of them had to go out to get it as one of the girls left the store. While waiting for the girl to return, the Spanish conversation continued with laughing, hugging each other, with the clerk basically ignoring the other customers in line. The girl finally returned and paid for their items and they left. When my turn to pay came up, I told the clerk I wanted 3 packs of cigarettes. With several other customers in line, I did not want to hold up the line so I paid with my debit card without checking my receipt. The clerk did not announce to me the total cost and stated you don't want a receipt do you, and I stated yes, put it in the bag. This morning when I checked by bank on line, I see that the clerk overcharged me. I checked by receipt and it shows that she rang up 3 packs of cigarettes as the first item on my receipt, but then added 1 additional pack of cigarettes on the receipt. Since the clerk clearly had rung up the order for the 3 packs as the first item on the receipt, it's pretty clear that she added on an extra pack for herself, and charged me for her cigarettes. I have my receipt but due to the violence going on in this age, I do not feel comfortable return to the store and confronting the clerk or the manager for a refund. I do feel that the clerk was both rude to the customers waiting in line and also that the overcharge on my purchase was not a simple error, but an intentional act.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund for the $8.46 I was overcharged or to receive the cigarettes I was charged for.
