Holiday inn bought David Wallys earlier in the year. No one listens or seems to care at DW so I am reaching out here in hopes of some resolution. From the beginning, Stephanie Moghaddam was poor at responding to me and follow through. But there was no other option than to work with her. I found out at 5p on my wedding day that our dinner at 6p had a completely different set up than what was agreed to. Then, she left a single banquet server to deal with the issues this created. She nor any other manager from the hotel bothered to stop by to check in on a large event. The one server had to take care of 24 people by herself (drinks, refill, dinner, clearing tables, etc) was ridiculous. Several other issues with the night such as plating and apatizers. I emailed my concerns directly to Stepanie and received absolutely no response. I would never recommend working with her or staying at David Wallys to anyone as a result!
