Me and my wife and 6 year old daughter and 1 year old son checked in at day's inn in Las Cruces New Mexico at about 8:30 pm last night, well I went to the front desk and asked the lady up front if I could extend our room one more night and she seen that I had cash in my hand so she told me it would be another 100$ deposit since we were paying cash and I tried to explain to her that we had a card on file and that she could take it off the card and she told me the same thing before I had a chance to speak so I told her once again we had a card on file but if she's just going to be rude we'll go somewhere else, and she just shrugged her shoulders. It's pretty obvious that Days Inn employees feel it's whatever to take there bad days out on there customers so I wouldn't stay the night there if the room was free because I believe that if I respect someone they should do the same especially in customer service but like I was saying save your money and go somewhere else Econolodge is cheaper and the customer service is a lot better!
