Waited in line fifteen minutes, then ordered buy-one get one for a dollar quarter pounder, and requested no cheese. Both burgers were served with cheese in error. Also, the coffee was the wrong size; we ordered large but received regular size. (we always order size large with our cookies.)

Returned to the line, waited another fifteen minutes. Turned the old burgers in, and received two new burgers. But both burgers were still made with cheese, in error.

Sent wife back to window and she handed back the burgers — again.

Manager brought out the replacement burgers, but they were plain burgers — no condiments, no pickles or onions. Not what we ordered — again!

The manager argued with us claiming that we had ordered "plain" burgers, but that is not the case. We have the original receipt as proof!

Finally, we got tired of arguing with the manager and requested a refund.

We wasted forty five minutes and hassled with the manager and still never got our order served correctly! What kind of service is this?

Never had this bad an experience anywhere else — ever!
