I should have known something was wrong when I was the only diner, while the Panda Express next door was half full at 4:30 on a Friday, but I wanted a cushy booth seat. After ordering, I visited the women's room, noted that it really needed attention, and flicked on the red toggle light switch by the sign that asked me to do so. After a leisurely dinner with a book, during which I remained the loan customer, I again went by the restroom to check my teeth. The trashcan remained overflowing, the sink counter was still dirty, (I didn't venture forth to check the stalls), but - WAIT FOR IT - the Needs Attention light had been turned OFF! I do believe during my hour there, I saw a waitress (good service), cook (good food), other person (? busboy), and perhaps a manager. Perhaps this franchise is owned as a tax loss; if so, it's a shame for the company and the odd, from out of town, unclued-in diner.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
