Firestone Complete Auto Care

I had a 10am appointment this morning for a oil change and tire rotation. I didn't get my vehicle till 1:15pm. I told them I would be waiting for my vehicle. Also I seen the service technician take my vehicle for a ride of the lot and around the block before he serviced it. I don't think that is right to do that had he got in a wreck who would be responsible for it. I will not go to Firestone for work on my vehicle again. I though I could trust Firestone but was let down.
