Circle K

As I have said before I went to the circle k on San Pedro and central and I was waiting for a customer to finish, the customer then told me that I can go and moved to the side, I then asked him to get his stuff and he got an attitude so I got one back then your employee that stays drunk, Nigel asked me what my problem was and I told him don't worry about it. As the customer was leaving he made a comment about let him go before his says something racial so I then turned around and told him to say it. Nigel then started telling me hey he is one of our best customers. Ok. Let me just pay for my stuff and go. I got to the car after paying for 20.00 in gas and a pack of Newport's. I changed my mind and asked for a refund and a receipt. Nigel kept being confrontational and talking smack. So I started recording everything on my phone he called me a [censored] not once, three times. I went back and spoke with the manager who refuses to look at the video
