Bath & Body Works Direct

Pre website store was to open at 3 am, it is now 3:41 and the store is still not opened. Staff did not arrive until 3:20 and then a employee came out at 3:36. To inform us that the mall did not allow them to open at 3. But the security guard allowed everyone to enter the mall at 3. The line is around the corner and by the time the store opens, I am sure this will be a unpleasant shopping experience. Someone and something needs to be done about this experience. Have been shopping at Bath and Body Works for years and have never experienced anything like this. And will be letting everyone know about is bad experience at the Deptford Mall Bath And Body Works
