Me and my wife have been waiting an hour or so just to purchase and change a car battery. So disorganized and very irrate due to the fact that all these customers who came in after us was taken care of. 3 employees from 10am to 11pm on 10/19/19 and 1 out of the 3 did not know how to change a car battery. There were also altercations with other customers in the store while waiting. No good management nor communication skills with the employees. Need to train these specific people more about customers time is valuable especially the manager at the time. Will never go to this location ever again and out of stars wish I can give a negative 5 stars.
