Never answer the phone when customer call Pharmacy. Have called a number of times and wait for someone to pick up over 45 minutes and still get no one to pick up. Tried for 4 hours and never get anyone to answer. I also tried by calling the line for hospital or from a doctors office and get no answer most of the time. If someone answers that line they will tell you they cannot help you on this line call the customer line. You tell them that you have been and no one answers. The responds is either we are too busy or we are too short handed to answer that line.
The staff and the women pharmastist is very nasty and rude. They do not want to hear your problem and just hang up one you.
They are also consistly not using the right right prescription plan you have after being told a number of time they are using a prescription plan you do not have or ever had.
I have made my concern known to the Corporate Office. They ensued me they would take care of this. Sorry I have seen no improvement or changes with the way customers are handled by the pharmacry. They should start to watch the staff in the general store area and learn how to treat customers.
