Capital One

I have been a customer at capital one for many years. They offer nothing ever to help their customers. I was charged $30.00 for a copy of my six month statements. I was never told I could e-mail my statements online. I do have a computer. I called and was told I could get the fee waived. I traveled all the way there and the teller would not waive the fee.
Reference : d 81 46331 vsb994 05 69 the teller name is betty. I was told to call ms. Carla p. Silva at [protected]. I spoke to fernando who only put in a tier one complaint that I should hear back from the company in two weeks! Maybe twenty day! I am not satisfied with the service. I travel here and pass many banks. Capital one does not help their customers. My money order for $180.00 was stolen and I spoke to the private investigation. They really make you prove your case but I also received no help with that. I am checking into other banks
