Never again will I purchase a product from your company! A low-quality product described as luxurious bathrobe! I made a purchase at luxorlinens.com, an Egyptian Cotton luxury bathrobe (listed for $125 but with coupon we paid $106.25), received anything but! Prior to the purchase I contacted the company by phone: [protected] and asked about this product, specifically asked how thick it was and about the quality of the product; we have one already that we purchased overseas. I was told the product is the best seller and the quality is as luxurious as described. Additionally, the representative offered "we have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed with full refund so if you don't like it, we'll send you a return shipping label so nothing to lose for trying!" The purchase arrived on time but within the first minute of touching the robe we knew this is no top-quality bathrobe. I contacted the company via email that same day and explained the problem and was told no problem we can exchange or refund your money. I asked for a refund. They emailed me the return UPS shipping label right away and we returned the product the next day. 8 days later our credit card was refunded but for only $80.48! I contacted the company via email but was told we refunded your money minus shipping charges! I have tried to contact the company via email and by phone for several days to no avail. I was on the phone for 42 minutes and when I asked the representative for the complaint department or a supervisor, she hung up on me! This company doesn't care about my satisfaction after the sale! The satisfaction guarantee promise is NOT what I was told!
Desired outcome: Refund the rest of my money please, $25.77!
