I went to pick up a prescription that my physician sent via email to Rite Aid. I didn't mind the wait as I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. The wait ended up being over 1 hour and a 1/2. Then before I left I checked my prescription and didn't receive one of the important prescriptions. So I asked what happened to that prescription and I was told its not in the system. So while I'm calling my physician office what do you know they found it.So I told them I would pick it up the next day. I think this could have been avoided if one of the pharmacy technicians who had her children at the job poping up at the counter in between customers causing a distraction. Not to mention her rude actions because she knew a customer behind me, she called the customer in front of me. Professionally, even if that customer is returning you are suppose to acknowledge the customer he/she is going ahead of. But no it had to be a ghetto worker with no tasteful sense of business. I too am an African American woman who has worked with the public over 40 yrs and do have etiquette and manners. You treat people the way you wish to be treated. Last but not least you also look over some people because they just don't get it and some never will in the future. That's just their way of life.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
It went from the medication not being processed properly to a ghetto worker to a little life lesson at the end.
You DO sound like you're off your meds.
