This is happening all the time. I get to the register, rewards not scanning then the employee says, sorry there is nothing that could be done.
Also the app keeps having glitches!
I spend approx. $150 a week. I would hope to get some customer service.
The manager from store 2485, in New Jersey, are just as rude as the cashiers.
Its okay, quick check just gained another customer.
Desired outcome: PLEASE FIX THE APP REWARDS AND TRAIN BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE STORE #2485
