Stop & Shop

I placed my first order for pick up at stop and shop in NJ. I picked up my order and upon arriving home I noted one item was missing. Upon further investigation l, it seems the item was out of inventory. Ok.

I was charged for a reusable bag which I did not order. The charge was added to my credit card without my approval. I called customer service, rude, clueless and unhelpful. I then called the store, the rep there was even worse! Extremely rude and uncooperative!

This is not about the $2. It is about the rip off of how many customers? It is about tge kack I’d customer service and the arrogance if your employees!
