I am the bus driver for the Spotswood Office on Aging in Spotswood, NJ 08884.. on Thursday 5/30/19 at 1130AM I called the East Brunswick Olive Garden and told them I was bringing a party of 17 to the restaurant and would be arriving by 1230PM. We were seated after a short wait and seated in the back of the restaurant.. we were being helped by one waitress for a group of 17.. The waitress first took our drink orders and after a 15 minute wait served us our drinks.. she then proceeded to take the orders for soups or salads which took another half hour to arrive.. After an hour I got up and approached an assistant manager and told her we hadnt had our food orders taken yet.. She assisted the waitress in taking the orders.. it took another half hour for the food to arrive with numerous mistakes being made. The asst manager offered to give the group a 25% discount on their bills which she did. We have been going to this restaurant a few times a year for the 6 years that I've been here..The consensus opinion from the group is that we shouldn't frequent this restaurant in the future.. My husband and his Vietnam Army buddies (and their wives) meet down in Branson, MO every years. This was their 10th anniversary, in Branson. Twice we've had dinner there. I want to express how wonderful the service and food was. Our serving staff was Kira and Matthew, they were friendly, courteous, and very efficient. We left there full and extremely impressed with everything. Congratulation Branson Olive Garden, job well done. Ed and Stella Kishell
