Quest Diagnostics

I went to the Denville NJ location for blood test, the two employees at the Door we're extremely rude to me and every customer! When I asked why they were rude to everyone, they decided to teach me a lesson, they said the the wait time For me is 1 hour, but they made me wait for 2 hours, at which time I went up to them again to inquire about my turn after almost 2 hours, they said they called my name and since I was not there, they cancelled my name. I was waiting in my car at the same spot for 2 hours. These two employees, both women, one is African American With dreadlock hairstyle Said her Name is "Ryan" (Which I am not sure is her real name), the second lady looked Hispanic in her 50s.
I have never ever met anyone so rude and obnoxious in Health care industry. They should be outed for their wrongdoings and fired from their jobs. Very very Shameless.
