The store is always a mess ever since the store got a new store manager. The shelf’s are empty and there is always uboats near the doors. This is a fire safety hazard. I used to love coming into dollar tree but not anymore there is nothing good about this store. I asked a lady named Kareema for help finding an item and she was rude and saying she was busy and doesn’t have time to help and told me to ask another worker. What kind of customer service is this. So sad how this place is going down.
Desired outcome: Have a talk with the manager and district manager on how to properly help customers and the store really needs to be shut down till they actually have stuff packed out

Dollar Tree - poor service - ordered online sent items to bayonne store (misrepresenting online product)
Wow! I have to say this has been the worse service that I've seen yet. I ordered a bulk item online had it shipped to the store and received a similar item in it's place with a lower count. I asked for my original item and was told to just cancel the item when I got home. I called the number from my online receipt which says P.S. — Don't hesitate to call us at [protected]-TREE (8733). We're happy to help! Good luck with that one. I was on the phone for over an hour and noone answers. I also called the corporate number and an employee said it's only a dollar and hung up on me. I should have gotten this guys name...
POOR SERVICE & POOR MANAGEMENT! If you're claiming to have things in stock, have the right item on hand. I do not place potluck dollar orders...
