I never had a problem with rush card this entire 3 years being a customer, up until yesterday. The new upgrade that was supposed to take place on 10/12/15, for just a few hours eventually is taking longer then expected, however my money did not post to my account, it is now 10/14/15, mean while I have bills, payment arrangements, and a family to provide for. I'm aware that things happen and I believe in patience, but at least keep your customers posted, have live representatives available for any and all situations that consist of needing assistance, as well as a time frame to expect your funds. Rush card need more representative's not automated systems, especially when you have difficulties that cause your hard earned money to not post in due time. I believe in 2nd chances so, depending on how they address this issue and how long it takes to correct this problem is what will determine if I continue to be a customer.
