T.J. Maxx - rude and bossy manager

id like to let you know I was in there the other day and the manger otelia was very rude and bossie for no apparent reason and has been in the past also I was in line to cash out and there was two cashers that were busy while she just stood there with a mad look on her face when I got to the register I asked why she wasn't helping and she said im a manager I don't need to run a register

well common sence shes a manger not a boss when she try to boss other managers and she has no clue what the hell shes doing
