I had a bad feeling as soon as I walked in the lobby. It was surrounded by all locked doors that needed room key to enter. Crime much? The room smelled musty, no comforter just a thin blanket, only 2 pillows that must've been bought in Big Lots. It was dreadful. The worst was yet to come. Returned back to my room, after my evening, sat in the chair provided and watched TV for a few hours. Then I went to bed. After about 15 - 20 minutes, I started itching on my face, neck and chest. Bed bugs? I pulled off the blanket and didn't see anything but bed bugs aren't always visible. I wasn't able to look at the seams as there was a mattress cover that I wasn't able to undo. I ran down to the front desk and it was CLOSED! I've never seen this in my life. A huge metal grate was pulled over the front office. I used the phone but apparently didn't dial the proper extension. What kind of a place locks up like this? I was so panicked that I went back to my room, packed everything and screwed. It just so happened that I bumped into the print desk clerk, who lives there, in the hall, when I was leaving. She said she'd give me another room. Not a chance. I said I'd be back in the morning to argue my refund. I went across the street to the Holiday Inn Express and for $30 more it was a world of difference. I did receive my refund from your hotel but I will never, ever, step into such a disgusting place again. If they were bedbugs and I brought any home and my property has to be destroyed because of if, I'm holding the company responsible for any expenses incurred.
