I have had account for 4 years, now the last few months I have a hold on my account? How can I have $7650 credit limit, but have a hold. Have called numerous times. Told I have to go in store and attempt to charge. Then they have to get approval?
I am not a child. 63 year old nurse. If this is how long term customers treated, I believe I will close account, and get my wedding rings elsewhere
