The agent that "helped" us really didn't seem to know much about the job he was doing and most of the time, we were left to do most of the work ourselves. Then, after four months and about $2, 500, the seller terminated the contract because of that very issue, and when I contacted the agent, he said he never ran it by legal, because he didn't think it would be an issue, and he started blaming us, saying we never disclosed it to him, and when we have proof in the form of a text, he still argued and tried to spin it so it was our fault. And, in the end, we never ended up getting the house we worked so hard to get. And never got any of our money back either.
