Sam's Club

I have made several attempts to get Tire rotation appointment in last 6 months. In January I was told that Tire center is not working and don't know when it will be up. In May I was given an appointment for June 15 and when I reached the club I was 5 mins delayed and was told that since I missed my exact appointment time, they can not take the car.

I then made another appointment for today on 6/30 at 1pm and dropped my car off and waited for 2hours to get the job done. When I picked up the car nothing was done with my car and tires were not swapped as I had marked the tire. I spoke with manager named Ray who told me that tires were good so they didn't swap it. My car had ran over 10K miles since last tire rotation and looking to file a complaint for wasting my time and not providing service for which I paid at the time of purchasing tires.
