There were problems from the beginning. Steve the “kitchen designer” changed measurements and ordered things that physically would not fit in the space allowed. When our cabinets arrived they were damaged. This happened over and over. Lowes took zero responsibility. We spent 8 months with no appliances and no kitchen.
Unopened cabinets sat in my living room for a month, leaving that room unusable, in addition to the kitchen. When the wrong cabinets arrived and I called Lowes to fix the mess, Steve told me it was my own fault. I was literally hysterical begging someone to help me. After all the hell they put us thru our “compensation” was $1,000, which barely covers the difference in price for the wrong cabinets that were delivered. This was the single worst experience of my life.
