Our order was missing some of the things we ordered, she said she would be right back with them. Almost an hour later we had what was missing, all the other food was cold by then. No apologies for the poor service or compensation on my bill. Very disappointed with sonic in Zebulon north Carolina. Will not be returning again. Same thing happened last time, but was willing to give them one more chance. Apparently the employees need to be trained in a better manner.
Desired outcome: Total refund. Had to go elsewhere to get something fresh to eat. Total disappointment with sonic

When We made our order the person argued with me about what came with the order. I even read off to her what it said on the order board. Her attitude was awful. Then We ordered Chicken tenders she said sonic doesn't offer chicken tenders when I told her that the order board says it on there, she told me no it doesn't, I told her that I was looking at it. We then ordered a # 10 Chrispy chicken, they brought out grilled. we ordered 2 popcorn chicken with the sauce on the side, not on the chicken. when it came out it was on the chicken. When I went into the building to tell them the order was wrong, the music was so loud which could be the reason why my order was wrong . I saw no adults in the building.
