Since your first conversion to Truist, I have to get a code to be able to sign into our account every time. I have contacted your customer support, the local bank, and FB, now you. No one has been able to help thus far. It is aggravating to have to go the so much trouble every time. I have loaded my computer, says you recognize it, but doesn't. I have unloaded it and reloaded it. I allow you my location. I am very disgusted with this situation. Each time I call, I spend hours on the phone with no results.
Desired outcome: I would like the situation fixed! This is what I ask for again and again!
