H&R Block / HRB Digital - Emerald advance / pine valley location wilm nc

Today I went in to see about an emerald advance and I got denied for the 1st time. Emerald advance was the only thing that kept me coming back. I was told to đź“ž your "bank" only to hear an automated voice sayin I didnt have enough income for the loan. I had more than enough to pay back by your estimate. Ur loans are 1000 at the most. This "bank" is going to have u guys losing long time customers like myself. With covid.. Families are in desperate need for loans and ive read that a lot of ppl are getting denied for the stupidest of reasons. Considering that the "bank" receives all of their money back with interests from me and others yr after yr. Not a good move on your company's part. And it saddens me that im considering no longer continuing business with u guys because of this.
