It's a great place to work but pay sucks the boh do alot of work and get paid only 9$ hr that don't make no sense especially how much money Burlington makes main reason why employees don't stay y'all don't pay enough for all the work y'all want people to do then don't want them to get barley 25 hours but keep hiring more people instead pay the people you already have
Desired outcome: Y'all need to start paying boh the house better at Burlington in Wilmington NC 28403 y'all do better by y'all employees because y'all will not thrive if y'all don't start paying people what they deserve to be paid
